Adele To Undergo Throat Surgery, Cancels Shows

Adele has hit an unfortunate road bump in her 2011 schedule as the singer is set to undergo throat surgery.
According to a statement on her website, the Someone Like You singer has been forced to cancel the remaining live dates and promotional appearances this year due to the current issues she's faced with her throat. Things aren't totally bleak as she is expected to make a full recovery but doctors have ordered Adele to rest her voice and recuperate before hitting the stage.
