Five-time Grammy Award winner, and country music superstar, Faith Hill will release her new single Come Home on November 9, 2011.

Following the radio release, Hill will also perform the song on the 45th Annual Country Music Awards, which will be her first appearance on the show in five years.

Speaking on her new single, Hill said, "It's such a great song, so well written - a beautiful lyric and sentiment - combined with a driving musical undertone and instrumentation. I'm really excited for fans of country radio to hear the song."

Faith Hill's new album is scheduled for release in early 2012.
