Katy Perry Announces Free Concert

After 121 performances around the world, Katy Perry is ready to sign off of her California Dream's tour with a very special (and free!) treat for her Los Angles fans.
In a formal announcement on today's Ellen DeGeneres Show, Katy reveals that at the end of November, she will rent out the Staples Center herself to put on a free show for all her fans, including the entire studio audience in attendance.
No word yet on how to snag a ticket, but Ellen will air this afternoon with more details.
