Trace Cyrus totally surprised me. I have fangirled over hundreds of artists, but no artist has come close to how nice Trace was during my tour of his home studio. I was welcomed at the door by his fiance Brenda Song, and their four cute puppies. They welcomed us into their house with open arms and with perfect southern manners.

It was evident that Trace is a very hard worker. He just announced a giant t-shirt collaboration with sister Miley for his brand, Southern Made Hollywood Paid. He has also been hard at work on a new solo project, Ashland High, and is currently putting the finishing touches on a free mix tape for all of his long-time fans.

He spoke about leaving Metrostation with grace and maturity, and really impressed me with his humility. He told me that "he just wants to be successful so that he can provide a nice life for his fiance." I seriously melted into a little puddle, so sweet! The best part of my studio tour was hearing all about how Trace proposed to Brenda, and how he knew she was the one. I am a sucker for a good rock n' roll love story.
