Britney Spears' Sometimes music video came out in 1999, but somehow this behind-the-scenes footage remained locked up in her vault until now!
While there's no shocking revelations within (she reveals an implant! she does a line of coke! she unhooks her jaw and swallows a baby), simply seeing Britney nailing an entire dance routine, from start to finish, was enough to put a smile on this stan's face!
