We all saw what can happen when Justin Bieber gets behind a new artist -- Carly Rae Jepsen couldn't buy the amount of publicity her hit Call Me Maybe got after the Biebs and friends covered the song in a viral video.

But now Justin is at it again, this time tweeting his enthusiasm for 13-year-old Madison Beer.
"Wow. 13 years old! she can sing. great job. #futurestar," he recently tweeted to his more than 25 million followers along with a link to Madison singing a cover of Etta James' At Last.
And he didn't stop there. Justin has since linked to two of Madison's other YouTube videos in tweets to Carly Rae and Bruno Mars, making "Madison Beer" a worldwide trending topic on Twitter.
