The little indie band that could has been making mainstream waves with their hit single, Tongue Tied off their debut album, Never Trust a Happy Song. The song reached #1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart and has been deservedly embraced by Top 40 radio.
We caught up with the band before their free show at the 2012 Nike US Open of Surfing as part of the US Open Music Series in Huntington Beach, CA. The concert has become one of the most anticipated programs during the Open and has grown to be the largest free concert series of the summer.
Watch the interview for highlights from Grouplove's performance and to hear what it was like to recently perform with Trevor Rabin, the famous father of Grouplove drummer Ryan Rabin.
