Three years after she strutted onto the scene with her Pop/Dance Caribbean-flavored single Whine Up, Kat has undergone a creative rebirth. For her latest effort, the Dominican-American singer/songwriter says she experimented with electronic music's dub-step but also wrote songs that showcase her opera-trained vocal abilities.

Kat 2.0 is not only taking over her music but has also inspired the singer's bolder, sexier look. With all that confidence, fearless attitude and global superstardom, I pretty much want to be her.

Fans in the U.S. will have to wait until the Fall for her sophomore album, ViVa Out Loud but she just released the video for the first single Wanna See You Dance and it's HOT!
