Move over Halle Berry and Eva Green, there's a new Bond girl on the scene... sorta. A slew of media outlets are reporting that Grammy winner Adele, 24, has been chosen to sing the upcoming theme song of the next James Bond movie.
Skyfall, the 23rd movie in the beloved spy series, will once again star Daniel Craig and follows Bond as his loyalty to M (Dame Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. The film is set to hit theaters in the U.S. Nov. 9, 2012.
Adele has some big shoes to fill. Other musicians to perform past Bond theme songs include: Paul McCartney, Carly Simon and Duran Duran. If the rumors are true, this will be the mom-to-be's first new single since her hit album 21.
