Much ado has been made over Britney Spears' vocal prowess, or lack thereof, throughout her career.
While she has repeatedly sung live (case and point), videos that purport to feature her un-filtered vocals garner infinitely more clicks.
But on episode three of The X Factor, Britney delivered co-judge L.A. Reid a beautiful birthday surprise in the form of a song. One that not only ensured his big day started off on the right note, but that Miss. Brit's pipes are warmed up and ready to rock out on a new album!
