Nicole Scherzinger Slams PCD Bandmates
October 05, 2012
For those who doubted Nicole Scherzinger’s short tenure in the industry didn't exactly qualify her for a Behind The Music special, a pair of sneak peek clips might change your mind!
Nicole not only admits to battling bulimia for over a decade, but says, "I just hated myself. I never did drugs, but hurting myself was my addiction."
Nicole then turns her attention to The Pussycat Dolls, saying she deserves to be called the band's frontwoman because she "probably did 95 percent" of the singing. "I was in the center because I was the one singing," she adds.
"I hope I don't get in trouble for the stuff that I say," the Buttons singer says, "but I'll never forget I finished the album, PCD, and Ron [Fair, the album's executive producer] and I brought the girls into the studio and we played it for them. It was the first time they'd ever heard the music."
Check out a lengthy sneak peek of Nicole's Behind the Music episode, premiering October 7 at 9 p.m. on VH1.
