Grace gifted the world with an acoustic performance of the song last night at Joe's Pub as part of Green Mountain Coffee's "Great Coffee, Good Vibes, Pass It On" campaign, celebrating Fair Trade Month.

"I really wanted to learn more about Fair Trade and the impact it's had on coffee farming communities," Grace reveals about her decision to become Green Mountain Coffee's ambassador one year ago. "Wherever your coffee comes from, Fair Trade is helping the entire infrastructure of these communities. It's not just about the good taste of the coffee, it's about feeling good for supporting it. [It's a cause that's] near and dear to my heart and I'm a Green Mountain girl, so it made sense!"
