The unlikely threesome are featured in the dizzying, just-released music video for R.E.M.'s Blue, directed by Franco and starring Lohan.
In it, photographer Terry Richardson is shown snapping away at the scantily clothed star amidst moody footage of Hollywood landmarks.

The video was a year-and-a-half in the making, emerging from R.E.M.'s Collapse Into Now film project, which courted artists to make short films for the band's 2011 album, which would be their very last.
