Coldplay Taking 3-Year Hiatus From 'Big Shows'

Chris Martin announced that he and his Coldplay band mates will be taking a break from arenas.
"This is the last big show for three years or so," the frontman announced Wednesday night during a Brisbane show (via Billboard). "I don't want to stop."

However, Coldplay still has a few shows lined up in the U.S. before they take their hiatus. The guys are set to play in Connecticut on December 29, and have two shows lined up in Brooklyn on December 30 and 31.
