Talk about an invasion of privacy! Jake Gyllenhaal can't even take a bathroom break without getting hounded by his fans.

While promoting his movie 'Source Code' at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, Jake got into a scuffle with a fan in a theater bathroom after he tried to take the actor's picture. Jake confirmed the news of the brawl to Entertainment Weekly, saying, "I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that."

His new film 'Source Code' is scheduled to hit theaters April 1.
