Thursday night, 21-year-old New Yorker Karen Rodriguez met her fate. She made her last minute plea with an English and Spanish rendition of Mariah Carey's "Hero." Randy Jackson delivered the sorrowing news: "This is not unanimous…The judges here are not going to use the save tonight."

The Black Eyed Peas debuted their new single on tonight's "American Idol" and dedicated the song to victims of the disaster in Japan.

Billy Ray Cyrus tells ABC's "The View" that he decided to halt the divorce with wife Tish in a bid to "put my family back together."
The country crooner filed for divorce in 2010 but revealed last month that his family was "working together to make sure our future is stronger and healthier." Billy Ray also made headlines recently for implying that the Disney TV show "Hannah Montana" had ruined his family.
When asked on "The View" whether he still feels the same way about "Hannah Montana," Billy Ray responds: "I don't think 'Hannah Montana' ruined my family, but to set the record straight, I love 'Hannah Montana.' I love Disney. That didn’t tear my family apart. Now fame, fame is a different animal, you've got to be careful with that thing."
In the exclusive interview, the singer also says his relationship with daughter Miley Cyrus has recently gotten closer. "I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before 'Hannah Montana' happened," Billy Ray said.
When asked about pictures that emerged of Miley looking allegedly intoxicated, Billy Ray said her daughter told him: "It's embarrassing. It hurts my feelings." He said Miley continued: "It was a lie. I wasn't drinking. I wasn't drunk. I was just trying to get to my car after a meeting."
The entire interview airs live on ABC's "The View" tomorrow beginning at 11 a.m.
'Training Day' director Antoine Fuqua, along with Morgan Creek Productions and Skee.TV, are scouring the World Wide Web to find a newcomer to play legendary rapper Tupac Shakur in their upcoming motion picture.
Aspiring actors who think they can embody the late rap star can submit an audition video to www.InSearchOfTupac.com starting tonight at midnight. During the month-long casting call, the site will include rare video and interviews of Tupac exclusively from www.2pac.com, his official website. The website will also provide information and other opportunities in regards to the film.
"We are excited to partner with Morgan Creek on this innovative casting call," Skee.TV founder Scott "DJ Skee" Keeney said in a statement. "This audition process is a great example of utilizing today's ever-evolving technology to reach fans and actors around the world to pay homage to a hip-hop legend."
This inventive approach to find a suitable choice to play Tupac is relying on individuals who can bring realism to the part without the use of big names or fanciful portrayals of the recording artist.
"We're looking for someone with the right mix of raw charm and charisma for the role," producer David Robinson declared. "At this point, we're more concerned about finding someone with the ability to give their entire heart into the performance than just looks and personality."
'Tupac' takes a look at the Tupac Shakur's life including his ascension to fame in hip-hop, including his segue into acting and his part in the divisive East Coast/West Coast rap feud. The film also has Academy Award nominated writers Stephen J. Rivele and Christopher Wilkinson ('Nixon') attached and Afeni Shakur, Tupac's mother, set to executive produce.

"Today I'm really excited," said Michaele. "I'm meeting the doctor and I'm going to have botox… a little juvederm - fill in the fine lines."
"This is congress. This is the White House," Tareq joked, referring to lines on Michaele's face that she insists weren't there before the couple's infamous jump into the media spotlight.

"The Insider" correspondent Christina McLarty gained access into Kendra Wilkinson's "Dancing with the Stars" rehearsal with her pro dance partner Louis Van Amstel, getting the former Playboy Playmate to open up about what viewers can expect from her on the show.
"You're known for your 'Booty Dance,'" said Christina. "Are you going to accent your derriere?"
"She has no choice," Louis said, before giving his own rendition of the famous dance move. "She has to do it."
As her notable dance would suggest, some perceive Kendra to be uninhabited and according to Louis, Kendra's wardrobe will add to this effect. The dancing pro told Christina that his partner's outfits will be "very" revealing.
Perhaps because one of her dances is already famous, Kendra has been looked at as this season's front runner, but she didn't seem confident with this attribution.
"It's too much pressure," said Kendra. "I just don't like it. I've always been the underdog and that's kind of my drive right there and when people say I'm already going to win... We haven't even started! How can I win if we haven't even started? I want to win the first competition first and then build my way up."
Watch the season premiere of "Dancing with the Stars" March 21 only on ABC.

After months of hard work, the Kardashian sisters are excited for the grand opening of their new DASH store in New York City. But when Khloe arrives and quickly pairs up with Kourtney and heads off to the store, Kim is inadvertently left behind -- leaving her hurt and jealous.
"The fact that Kourtney and I have been working on this store by ourselves and then Khloe just waltzes in and they go leave without me as if I'm not even a part of it, really hurts my feelings," Kim vented.
"It's really hurting my feelings that the two of them are completely ignoring me on our DASH opening. We should be so excited that we did this together." Later she confides in Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick: "I just feel like I'm totally like drifting apart from them."
