Jumping back to April 1, 2005, Robert Rodriguez's adaptation of Frank Miller's comic book 'Sin City' was opening in theaters.
Stars Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba, Benicio Del Toro, and Mickey Rourke joined Rodriguez on the red carpet to support the film.
'Sin City' follows three different stories that were each shot separately. Bruce Willis compared it to another classic film he worked on. "It was kind of like 'Pulp Fiction'," Bruce said. "It was three little segments. Nobody saw anyone else's stuff, so it was kind of cool."
'Sin City,' made nearly $160 million at the box office.
"Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba got engaged on "LIVE! with Regis & Kelly" Thursday morning where Jake Gyllenhaal was a guest, and the actor told the story from his point of view at the 'Source Code' screening in New York City.
"It was a surprise for all of us," said Jake, who jokingly presented Carrie Ann with an engagement ring towards the top of the morning show, not knowing of the proposal that lied ahead.
At the end of the show, the real engagement took place when the "Dancing" judge's boyfriend, Jesse Sloan, dropped down to one knee and popped the question.
Jake revealed that Thursday morning's shocker wasn't the first time he was caught off guard by a marriage proposal, saying, "I was actually once staying at a hotel and I saw, outside of my room, a guy proposed to a girl... I opened the door and I was like, 'Congratulations!'"
Jake develops his own romantic tale in the movie 'Source Code,' playing the love interest of Michelle Monaghan.
"It's very fast paced," Michelle said of the movie. "It's thought provoking and at the heart of it is a love story with Jake Gyllenhaal, so you can't go wrong."
'Source Code' opens April 1.

Guilty Pleasure: Ben & Jerry's Cinnamon Buns Ice Cream
Decker dedicated two tweets to one of her favorite treats saying "they ended up not discontinuing Cinnamon Buns. I'd like to think I'm partially responsible for that victory."

While she's never reported her favorite sport, her marriage to tennis pro Andy Roddick should act as proof that tennis is at least in her top 2. We're going to go on a hunch that her hubby's career is more important than, say, football, for which she acted as a correspondent with Kevin Frazier for Super Bowl XLV.

"We all know that we're all, like, pretty strong personalities in this house," says Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, "and if anybody does anything, then we'll get on them."
Sammi then steps in, saying, "I just think you've gone out of your way to get involved in other people's drama. It's kind of funny. You should probably just stay out of it."

Carrie Underwood makes her exciting film debut in the story of a teenage surfer who loses her arm in a shark attack.
The Grammy Award-winning singer said it was exciting being at her first big premiere, but said she hadn't quite processed the gravity of it all and was looking forward to seeing the film for the first time.
'Soul Surfer' is the true story of teen surfer Bethany Hamilton, who lost her arm in a shark attack and courageously overcame all odds to become a champion again, through her sheer determination and unwavering faith. The film also stars Helen Hunt, Dennis Quaid, Kevin Sorbo and AnnaSophia Robb.
Carrie -- who plays the part of a group leader in Bethany's church -- said she remembers hearing about the attack on the news and seeing Bethany interviewed in the aftermath on the morning shows. "Getting to actually dive into it though, and really learn her story for the movie -- my respect for her and her family skyrocketed for sure." She adds that it was "awesome" to have Bethany's whole family on set during filming to get an accurate portrayal of the story.
'Soul Surfer' bites its way into theaters on April 8.
