The red carpet was alive tonight at the Food Bank For New York City's Annual Can-Do Awards Dinner hosted by "Today"'s Al Roker.
The Food Bank is New York City's major hunger–relief organization working to end food poverty in the city.
Even when dealing with the serious topic of hunger awareness, everyone was also focused on Meredith Vieira and Matt Lauer's questionable future on "Today."
When asked to go on the record about if he knew anything regarding his "Today" co-anchors leaving, Al Roker said, "I got no record. No one uses records anymore, it's all on mp3."
"Today" anchor Hoda Kotb said "All I know is that we have padlocks with combinations on both [Matt and Meredith]'s dressing rooms. Nobody's going anywhere. I will shackle myself to Meredith if need be."
Rachael Ray said, "I think they should stay. We love them. Are they going to leave Al all alone?"
Watch the video to see more of what the attendees had to say about Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira's potentially leaving "Today."
The "American Idol" studio was just as stunned Thursday night as when Casey Abrams feared going home. A clear frontrunner in the judges' eyes, Pia Toscano's rave reviews didn't win over the voters.
Without a lifeline, viewers got the final word and Pia was eliminated from the talented pool of competitors. The judges used their one allotted save this season on Casey Abrams. Jacob Lusk and Stefano Langone also landed in the bottom three, but received enough votes to progress forward in the competition.
Watch the video for Pia's goodbye performance. "American Idol" returns to Fox on Wednesday night.

Donald Trump has gone on record criticizing the way America is
being run on his road to possible presidential candidacy, but the
outspoken creator of "The Apprentice" is engaging another issue that he
feels is just as imperative; President Barack Obama's place of birth.
Trump was with Meredith Vieira on the "Today" show this morning
and said bluntly that he doesn't believe President Barack Obama was born
in the United States, despite his camp advising him to move on to other
topics.
"Three weeks ago before he started, I thought he was born in the country and now I have a much bigger doubt," the real estate mogul said emphatically. "His grandmother in Kenya says he was born in Kenya and witnessed the birth, okay?"
Trump and Vieira virtually have a stand off on the subject as he states Obama's certificate of live birth is "not even close" to being an equivalent of a U.S. birth certificate that the "Today" host mentions.
In the end, Trump declares that he hopes Obama can add some validity to his residence status with an authentic birth certificate. Until then however, the "Celebrity Apprentice" star made one glaring proclamation.
"I hope he can [show his birth certificate]. If not, then he's pulled one of the greatest cons in the history of politics."
Listen to more of Trump's stunning statements in the video.
Despite having been ousted from "The Biggest Loser," mother/daughter team Marci and Courtney Crozier are still continuing on their journey to weight loss and recently showed off their progress in a photo shoot on the beach with OK Magazine.
Since first joining the show, Marci has lost 80 pounds, while Courtney has lost 113 pounds. Courtney says she is looking to lose more weight by the final episode of "The Biggest Loser," while Marci says "My new goal is to strengthen, to tone, and just to be fit and healthy."
When talking about the excitement of doing the photo shoot, Courtney said, "This photo shoot is so cool. I just feel so special. I really do feel beautiful."
Even though both Marci and Courtney have been sent home from "The Biggest Loser," they talk about being in the running for the $100,000 at-home prize.
"I think I'm a threat to win the at-home prize," Courtney says. "I really want to get to my weight loss goals, and whether that means I win the at home prize or not, I will stand up on that scale at the end of this and be a winner. I already feel like a winner."
"The Biggest Loser" airs Tuesdays at 8PM on NBC.

Required to perform over 480 hours of community service with City of Hope, Winona's lawyer Mark Geragos told the court that "She's done more than the number of hours that the court has ordered."
Winona remained on probation until December 2005.

"Being a Gigolo isn’t always easy" – or so says Jimmy, one of five real, high-end Las Vegas escorts profiled in Showtime's new series, "Gigolos".
Offering an uncensored, and sometimes extremely graphic spotlight on the nights (and days) of working male gigolos as they service women from all walks of life - single, married, or divorced - and all willing to spend a pretty penny for a bit of "quality" company. This provocative series seems to evoke a certain Bravo-style "Real Male Escorts of Las Vegas", but make no mistake- this is Showtime territory, and they take full allowance of their cable channel freedoms. Be warned: this one is not for the kiddies.
Check out an advance peek of "Gigolos" which premieres tonight (Thursday, April 7) on Showtime.
Charlie Sheen's "My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour hit Columbus, Ohio on Wednesday and Charlie had a few surprises up his sleeve.
When asked if he would return to "Two and a Half Men," the actor admitted that he would return to the show if it weren't for one "wrinkle" - his bosses want him to apologize for his behavior.
Charlie started reading his "apology" letter on stage, saying, "Dear Warner Brothers, listen you evil, liar-mouth jerk sucks... Wait, that won't work."
Charlie Sheen's next performance will be at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on April 8.
