During her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Thursday, April 28th, the always candid Lady Gaga talked about her upcoming HBO special, being overwhelmed by her fame and confirms she is godmother to Elton John and David Furnish's son Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John.
In the interview, Lady Gaga talks to Ellen about the pressure of her recent tour. "I'm 25 years old. I was asked to play Madison Square Garden. Sold out five nights and quite frankly it's very overwhelming," she said.
The pop queen also said that she gets down on herself at times. "Do I feel like a loser sometimes? Yes, of course I do. We all feel like losers sometimes."
So what do the always-in-character Gaga's friends call her on tour? "They will come visit me on the road they always call me a beauty queen disaster. I wake up and my wig's falling off my head. My mole is on the other side of my face. My fake mole -- it's not fake, it's surreal."
Check out Lady Gaga's full interivew with Ellen on Thursday's show.
ET's Chris Jacobs is front and center with the official Buckingham Palace horse brigade, which will play a crucial role in the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Chris and his ET crew get an up-close look at last-minute rehearsals for the horses used to carry the Royal Family carriages as well soldiers guarding all royal grounds. The magnificent animals are kept on the premises at Royal Mews, which has existed at Buckingham Palace since 1761.
The horses are mainly Cleveland Bays, the only British breed of carriage horse, and Windsor Greys, which by tradition always draw the Queen's carriage. For many of the horses it will be their first major royal event so they will be exercised early in an attempt to keep them calm, and then groomed like never before.

The Insider's night vision cameras catch a royal commander reprimanding a guard for not having his weapon loaded and ready as London gears up for Britain's Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The officer makes it clear to the soldier that there is no excuse for being unprepared as security is tightened in all areas around central London where Friday's ceremony will take place. "What are you missing and why? You're missing something, aren't you?" the officer asks the surprised soldier, who continues standing at attention but does not immediately answer.
The commander then directly addresses the missing equipment: "Where's your magazine?" The solider then admits his mistake, telling his superior the equipment is still in his pocket. "Get it out, put it on," the officer orders sternly. He then watches intently as the guard removes the magazine from his pocket and properly loads his gun.
Watch the video to see what other commanders do to literally keep their soldiers in line and to get a sneak peek of elite guards during their grand dress rehearsal for the Royal Wedding!
Prince William and Kate Middleton have arrived at Westminster Abbey for a final wedding rehearsal before Friday's ceremony.
Palace officials tell the Associated Press that the couple is with the bride's parents and Prince Harry at the abbey for a private rehearsal with senior clergy.
A convoy of cars arrived at the abbey as hundreds of excited tourists and media personnel looked on, AP reported.
Middleton's parents, Michael and Carole, drove to London from their Berkshire home earlier Wednesday to base themselves at the Goring Hotel, where they will be staying for the next three nights.

Arguably reality television's most talented (rumored) couple, Pia Toscano and Mark Ballas, gave an emotional performance on the same stage on Tuesday night.
The former "American Idol" hopeful visited the "Dancing with the Stars" set to provide the background music for Mark as he danced with fellow pro Karina Smirnoff.
"It's not often that a cast-off from 'American Idol' goes directly from the elimination in the studio across the hall into our ballroom," host Tom Bergeron said of the two shows that both tape at CBS Television City in Los Angeles. "But thankfully this time it happened."
Click the video to watch Pia serenade her beau, singing "I'll Stand by You." Tune in for an all-new "Dancing with the Stars" Monday on ABC.

Let's take a look back, 16 years ago to be exact, where we met up with Brandy on the set of her new show, "Moesha."
At the height of her newfound fame with her multi-platinum, self-titled debut album, the then young singer did a small arch on the UPN show "Thea." Shortly after, UPN offered Brandy her own show, "Moesha," which soon became UPN's most watched show. "Moesha" lasted for six seasons, spawned the spin-off "The Parkers" and helped turn Brandy into a singing/acting double threat.
Hear what the young star had to say during her first on set interview!
Chris Jericho tackled the tango this week on "Dancing With the Stars," but was wrestled to the ground on Tuesday night. Eliminated with pro partner Cheryl Burke, the gentle giant is happy to return home to daddy duty.
He made the ultimate "sacrifice" by making it so far in the competition. "I haven't seen my kids in four weeks, so it's time for Chris Jericho the dancer to step aside and Chris Jericho the daddy to come back," said the WWE superstar.
His homecoming may be put on hold slightly longer because Chris has this Friday's hottest ticket. "Well it's actually good timing that I got eliminated because I have to fly over to England for the royal wedding, so it was going to affect rehearsal," he joked.
Humor aside, Chris and Cheryl formed a tight bond during their long hours in the ballroom and studio. Chris called his partner "a friend for life." Exchanging compliments, Cheryl said, "You've really exceeded my expectations every single week."
Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff were left in jeopardy until the tail end of the show, but 'The Karate Kid' wasn't put on the chopping block quite yet. "Dancing With the Stars" waltzes back to ABC next Monday with all new dances.
Royal Wedding fever is sweeping across the globe and "Dancing with the Stars" was not immune.
Tuesday's episode featured a dance number that was partly inspired by Prince William and Kate Middleton's nuptials during the Macy's Stars of Dance segment of the show.

We caught up with the actors playing "Glee" characters Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss) and Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) at the Time 100 gala in New York City on Tuesday, getting the stars to dish on the future of their TV relationship and shooting in the Big Apple.
"We're in the honeymoon phase now," Darren responded when asked if Kurt and Blaine's relationship will survive them attending different schools. "They're together and I think it's going to be rainbows and sunshine for quite a while then we'll see what happens in season three. Ryan [Murphy] said if and when they got together that he wanted it to be as flawed and as delicate as anybody's relationship, so I think we'll run into that, but we won't know until next season."
The show is currently filming in New York and Chris seemed to appreciate the change in scenery, saying, "It's so thrilling. I wish we had this excitement every day in L.A. but, people in L.A., they're so used to it. We don't have fans that come and meet us at a location."
Chris went on to explain how he felt being named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people in the world at just 20-years-old.
"I definitely was surprised when I got the call, saying that I was included on the list, especially since I'm still kind of mastering my motor skills," Chris admitted. "I'm just completely humbled and honored that I'm even in the same room as these people."
Chris joins the likes of Mark Zuckerberg, Amy Poehler, Joe Biden, Tom Ford, Oprah Winfrey and Hillary Clinton, among others.

The blonde bombshell also opened up about her recent blunder while singing the national anthem at the Super Bowl and how the experience has made her stronger. Our "Insider" correspondent Christina McLarty caught up with Romeo just moments after scoring the highest numbers of the night, and this dancing Casanova was in such high spirits, he couldn't help but share aspirations to a certain, popular reality show.
After living up to his name in a romantic waltz choreographed to Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On," which culminated in a passionate kiss to partner Chelsie Hightower, Romeo jokes that his twitter page is so overloaded with lustful ladies, he'd be perfectly suited for the reality series, "The Bachelor." He invites those who agree to leave a message to @RomeoMiller, that is- if his twitter fans haven't crashed the site already.
Also fresh from their high scores, Kendra Wilkinson and Louis Van Amstel still couldn't believe judge Bruno Tonioli gave the pair a "9, " confessing that the difficult dance left Kendra "broken."
Kirstie Alley credits the highest score she's ever gotten - multiple "9's" - to Britney Spears. She and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy a Samba to the princess of pop's classic, "Hit Me Baby One More Time."

Kirstie Alley isn't the only "Dancing with the Stars" contestant having trouble this season. Two pros had to recover from mishaps on Monday: Karina Smirnoff and Mark Ballas.
"I just want to say that I am so grateful because when I fell and then I kind of saw your face I was in so much panic I did not know where I was," Karina told her celebrity dance partner Ralph Macchio after her spill during their paso doble. "And you kind of brought me back to the dance and he totally made it happen."
While Karina's blunder took place during her live performance, Mark's happened behind the scenes at dress rehearsal, twisting his ankle before the show.
"It felt okay and [I] put some ice on it," Mark responded when asked about the decision he made to carry on with the performance. "And I felt like it'd be fair for Chelsea [Kane] to have her turn. She had a great routine and I wanted to do it for her."
In spite of their accidents, both "Dancing" couples won favorable scores. Ralph and Karina were awarded a 24 while Chelsea and Mark snagged a 28. Tune in for an all-new "Dancing with the Stars" Tuesday on ABC.

"American Idol" contestant Stefano Langone reflects on the experience that changed his life and says he looks forward to going on tour and soon thereafter getting into the studio to make an album.
Stefano tells The Insider.com that he's now had a chance to think about his performances after being eliminated from the hit FOX show last week and would only change one thing: he would have chosen a different song the week he sang Lionel Richie's "Hello," which he said he just didn't know well enough to perform to his best potential.
"In this type of contest, you have to be so good with the song, you have to know the song so completely well that you can tell the story to everybody else. And the whole connecting thing started with 'Hello.' And that's when I was singing to myself."
Watch the video to also hear Stefano explain the reaction of the judges when he was voted off and to hear him talk about his close friendship with fellow contestant James Durbin.

Michael Douglas sits down with Oprah Winfrey to discuss the status of his cancer treatment and speaks for the first time about his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones' battle with bipolar II disorder.
Winfrey asks the actor whether he thinks his wife's health issues might have been exacerbated by his cancer battle and other stresses. "My oldest son is in federal prison, my ex-wife is suing me, and I got cancer. It's kind of hard for the wife to say, 'I'm depressed,'" says Douglas in the interview, set to air Tuesday on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
Douglas also gives an update on his health, explaining that he still has to get monthly checkups to make sure there is no recurrence of his throat cancer, but so far the cancer has not returned.
What better way to celebrate the royal wedding than with the reigning queens of London at Madame Jojo's, a landmark burlesque club in the heart of Soho. Lucky for me, this week's theme was all about celebrating Kate Middleton's hen night, which translated for American readers is a bachelorette party.
Their weekly Trannyshack UK party, hosted by Miss Dusty 'O', is a major must-see event when in town. But no matter what side of the pond you are on, a bachelorette party will always run you the risk of getting ambushed by a male stripper, which totally happened. Ew?
