'Dancing with the Stars' dancer Kym Johnson, Hines Ward's partner this season, has just been taken out on a stretcher. No word yet on her condition or what caused the ambulance to be called.
Our cameras caught up with a very serious and concerned Hines Ward outside of the hospital, where he told us that he didn't know what was going on, but was going in to find out.
Kym's rep states that she injured herself during rehearsals today and was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures, to assure that she is ok.
The dancing duo has remained a favorite to win the Mirror Ball trophy in the show's 12th season, consistently receiving high scores from judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.
Watch tonight's 'Insider' for exclusive footage of Hines Ward reacting to Kym's injury.
Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and a treasure trove of comediennes come together in "Bridesmaids" and we sat down with the girl-powered ensemble cast to find out what makes this raunchy comedy tick. The movie follows Wiig as a maid of honor whose life is falling apart around her as she attempts to organize Maya's wedding while competing with Rose Byrne, Maya's new BFF, for her attention.
Maya claims it was a team effort. "Everybody wanted the movie to be funny. Everyone is putting forth such goodness and good will and great material that you feel like you are in this together." Melissa McCarthy, who plays the scene-stealing sister of the groom, Megan, agrees. "Look you've got six women in a movie and they all kill it and women are wildly funny and you don't have to tone it down."
It was helpful that a number of them had been bridesmaids before. For co-stars Wendi McLendon-Covey and Ellie Kemper, it may have hit too close to home. Ellie a bridesmaid seven times over, feels, "we were really good friends to people," while Wendi, who beats her by one, thinks, "we buy good gifts. I think that might be what it is." It's also expensive as Wendi points out, "what it might as well be is someone presenting you with an invoice for $5,000."
Though men tend to shy away from movies involving female bonding, brides, maids and the like, Melissa feels this is definitely a movie the guys will enjoy, " It's not a precious girly movie at all...it's pretty rowdy." It certainly has its gross-out moments, though the intention was never to challenge the boys of the genre. As Kristen explains, "we weren't making a statement. We didn't write it in the sense of 'you never see this so now we are going to show them. Or hey boys get to do this, we want to do it.'"
So guys, be prepared to head to theaters, but don't resist. You will be rewarded! "Bridesmaids" is in theaters now.

"The Insider" co-anchor Brooke Anderson dropped in on Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff as they rehearsed for the upcoming "Dancing With the Stars" semi-final round, and talk quickly turned to Ralph's troublesome knee.
As Brooke inquired about the pair's excitement and relief on making it to the semi-finals, the 'Karate Kid' star divulged some information regarding his only obstacle between him and the mirror ball trophy.
"It's something called a Baker cyst," Ralph said as he admits just learning about the impairment. "I thought I pulled a hamstring or ripped a calf muscle behind the knee, I didn't know."
Despite his injury, which he found out won't require surgery, the "Dancing With the Stars" contestant still looks forward to taking the stage. Even though rest is required for the ailment to subside, Ralph acknowledged that that's a luxury he doesn't have and is up for the challenge. He's just glad he didn't have to perform when the pain was at its worst. "Saturday I was almost packing because I couldn't walk."

Mere months after giving birth to a baby boy (Flynn) in January, Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr is back into "Angel" shape, and the Insider's Christina McLarty rode along with Kerr as she made her way to the 6th annual What Is Sexy? party to kick off the Bombshell Summer Tour in Los Angeles. The two dished on Miranda's handsome husband Orlando Bloom, and her new life as a mom.
Kerr, 28, calls motherhood "the best thing [she's] ever done." She tells Christina it was her choice to have the birth without painkillers, and with time in labor consisting of 27 hours, Miranda says she "couldn't have done it" without her 'Pirates of the Caribbean' husband, Orlando Bloom. She gushes, "he's incredible and I feel so lucky."
The VS "Angel" credits yoga for helping her get back into shape so quickly, finding that a regular routine both during and post pregnancy made the rebound fairly easy. She says that Baby Flynn goes to photo shoots, often watching his mother exercise from his bouncer.
The Victoria's Secret Angels officially launched their summer tour Thursday morning with the "What Is Sexy? List: Bombshell Summer Edition" celebration which marks the return of "Angels" Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton and Candice Swanepoel. This year's list includes nods to Sofia Vergara for "sexiest curves", Ashley Greene for "sexiest tweeter" and "DWTS" alum Julianne Hough for "sexiest legs."
On May 13, 1997, a then 15-year-old Ivanka Trump took to the catwalk in a fashion show in New York.
It wasn't her first show, and she said that the experience of having done multiple shows made her feel more at ease for this one.
In the audience on this night was Ivanka's father Donald Trump, who said that he had talked to the show's organizers and strictly forbade them to put his daughter into anything even slightly risque.
Hinting at what the future might hold for her after school and modeling were finished, Ivanka said "Modeling can only take you so far until you either want to expand on that or you can't model anymore, I think at that point I'd really like to go into business."
Watch the video to see Ivanka well before she joined the family business with her father.

After nearly a whopping 72 million votes were cast, James Durbin bit the dust on "American Idol." The glam rocker fell just short of making the Top 3.
Tears trickling down his cheeks, James said, "In my eyes, in my mind, …I did what I came here to do and that was to give metal a chance. Just bring it 110-percent every week."
Unfortunately for James, his gut "feeling" today was accurate that he'd be eliminated. The final three contestants, Lauren Alaina, Haley Reinhart, and Scotty McCreery, will be jetting off for their hometown visits before performing again next Wednesday on "American Idol" on Fox.

Baseball's biggest rivalry has sparked television's funniest feud seen in these behind-the-scenes clips of Alec Baldwin and John Krasinski's upcoming New Era Cap commercial titled One Hitter.
"When I was asked to do this, I thought I would never want to do this with somebody I've never met," said Baldwin, a loyal Yankees fan. "I did this because I wanted to do it with [Krasinski]."
The two actors developed a bond while working on the 2009 movie 'It's Complicated,' but that didn't stop them from razzing each other about their sports affiliations.
Krasinski, a Red Sox fan, described the lengths that Boston devotees go to celebrate their team's big wins, saying they relish victories by "wearing a flag, body paint, pyrotechnics [and] usually 3,000 people in the street cheering."
Baldwin commented that since a Yankees win is "expected," he usually celebrates casually with a "cup of herbal tea."
"My favorite Yankee moment was when I went to the Yankee game with Lorne Michaels and Paul McCartney, because they brought us our food so fast," said Baldwin, who joked that the tickets cost "about $10,000 a piece."
Krasinski revealed that his most cherished Red Sox moment was seeing himself on the "front page of the Sports section of the Boston Herald and the Boston Globe holding up a sign that said, 'What curse?'" during one of the team's playoff runs.
The new commercial begins airing Friday, May 13, just in time for Game 1 in the Yankees/Red Sox second series of 2011. Click the video to see how Baldwin works in a put-down while talking about his "favorite" movie.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley -- the sexy new star of 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' -- reveals to TheInsider.com the film involved an "intense" shooting regiment that involved a lot of action scenes in heels.
Huntington-Whiteley was attending a party Wednesday night in Hollywood for Maxim's Hot 100 list, which she tops at No. 1.
The Victoria's Secret model and actress said she didn't have much time to prepare for the 'Transformers' role after being cast. "I had like two weeks to get in shape and to get my head around the fact that I was even in the movie. But it was an intense shoot, it was seven months, a lot of running in heels." 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' is set to hit theaters July 1.
Producer/director Michael Bay said Huntington-Whiteley was chosen for the role despite a worldwide casting search. "We cast around the world, from France to Australia, Canada, America. And I worked with her on a Victoria's Secret commercial several years before, and we spoke, and I just remembered her personality. I sent her an email and said: 'Would you be interested in something like this?' And she goes, 'No.' And I said, 'Just try it out.'"

Bristol Palin recently fessed up to a corrective procedure done on her jaw that had many speculating she had cosmetic surgery, and in light of the recent speculation, we asked fellow "Dancing with the Stars" alumnus and reality show co-star, Kyle Massey, what he thought about Bristol's new look.
Massey says he keeps in touch with Bristol "every now and then," however he hadn't heard anything about the plastic surgery rumors. As it turns out, we were the first to show him the "before" and "after" pictures, and he confessed that he "didn't see the difference" between the two, and thinks "she looks the same" in the photos.
As for whether or not Bristol's mother Sarah Palin would make an appearance, Kyle says he "wouldn't rule it out."
The two have an upcoming reality series featuring Bristol Palin, Kyle Massey, and his brother Chris, for a reality show following the controversial single mom as she works at a small charity. The show will be on the BIO Channel, and BIO has already ordered ten half hour episodes of the currently untitled documentary series.
The show is set to air at the end of this year.
Back on May 12, 1998, Matt Damon and Edward Norton were competing in the World Series of Poker tournament right before the opening of their new film, 'Rounders.'
In the film, Damon plays a former gambler who now attends law school, but must return to the world of high stakes underground poker to help his friend, played by Norton, pay off loan sharks.
While Damon says he had experience playing poker with friends before filming 'Rounders,' he said that those games were much different than the tournament. "It's a totally different thing than this tournament," Damon said. "This is a lot more serious. The home game I used to play, people would feel guilty if someone lost too much money."
Check out the video to see this early interview with Damon and Norton.

Hilary Duff, who is also a southern native, brought husband Mike Comrie, and was "very excited" to get a taste of Jamie's special cuisine. Kelly Osbourne said that she "hadn't eaten all day" in anticipation of the night's home-style dishes.

The "Entourage" boys are back...for their eighth and final season, and our Brooke Anderson was there to get the scoop on the end of the series, and the beginnings of a possible big-screen franchise. "It's sad. Yeah, I am going to miss it. It's been fun," says Mr. Johnny Drama himself, Kevin Dillon. "I am going to miss the guys, the fun we've had on set." Those sentiments ring true for Kevin Connolly as well, "I am crying. Can you see me crying? I am teared up because this is terrible."
Through the eight seasons of the HBO show, many guest celebrities have come on lampooning their celeb personas and for the final season, "Entourage" has brought on comedian Andrew Dice Clay for a multi-episode arc as a co-star of Johnny Drama's (Dillon) animated series "Johnny's Bananas." The Diceman has been a fan, "I've been watching since the very beginning...I nearly did it the first season," he continues, "when the deal came in to do as much as I am doing I said, 'I can't even believe this.'" Andrew's son, Max, will also make an appearance on the show playing himself.
Though the show may be coming to a close, everyone is feeling confident that a movie isn't far behind. Kevin Connolly puts it best, "I am usually pretty pessimistic, but I am optimistic that we're going to do a movie." And what can we expect from a big-screen "Entourage?" "The bar has to be raised. The movie has to be better than an episode of the show. It's got to be the show on steroids." Kevin Dillon is equally confident, "There has been so much talk about it. I think it's probably going to happen...It will be 'Entourage' but bigger."
We'll have to wait and see if "Entourage" moves from the living room to theaters, but if so, based on what we're hearing, it will be huge.
