Giuliana and Bill are back! The Style Network's popular twosome open up a new chapter of their relationship by living in the same city as a couple for the first time! Sneak a peak at the fourth season of "Giuliana & Bill," which is filled with fun, romance and making dreams happen!

After a tough year of failed attempts at trying to conceive a baby, long distance couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic take time off from medical procedures to embark on a new journey. Realizing that for the sake of their relationship, Giuliana and Bill can not continue to live in separate cities -- Giuliana lives in L.A. and Bill lives in Chicago -- Bill decides to move to Los Angeles.

While finally getting to live in the same city together is quite the thrill, it comes with its share of struggles. The couple’s constant schedules still keep them very busy, which limits their time together; Bill struggles with making Los Angeles his new home. The difficulty of trying to settle into a new city are only compounded by Bill’s upcoming 40th birthday, which adds to the pressure for his life to be what he always envisioned for himself and Giuliana. But have no fear, Giuliana is here! The E! personality is determined to show her man the joys of her town and to find creative ways to make the transition as seamless as possible.

As Giuliana and Bill’s jobs lead their careers in separate directions, the couple decides to launch a joint venture together. Bill and Giuliana decide to open an Italian restaurant, which features some of Giuliana’s mother’s famous recipes. However, before they can move forward, the issue of where the restaurant should be located must be addressed. Even though they want to live in the same city, Bill thinks that the restaurant should be in Chicago while Giuliana pushes for Los Angeles. Will their first joint venture implode?

Despite Giuliana’s tragic miscarriage and their decision to put things on hold, they haven’t lost their dream of having a family and continuing their life together.
