Meg Swertlow: Kimberly had some real issues this week but brought it home with a very sexy dress. This dress was sex walking (in a tasteful way of course!) in high heels. Yes, there are some definite construction issues, but I loved the high-cut thigh and the cut-out top. The white stunner has some major sex appeal and I could totally see this as a knock out on any red carpet.
