Meg Swertlow: Trash-talking Bert has grown on me over the past few weeks. He seems to have turned that old-guy frown upside down and stopped hating on everyone. But, I hated this dress. It looked like it was pageant prom (that's a pageant-themed prom) gone wrong. This dress did not look like high fashion at all; it looked like a mall's bargain basement. I don't know why he kept complaining about the parrot the whole time. When designers blame the challenge, (or in his case the bird) to me it's just a crutch -- they aren't strong enough to think outside the box. Bert's design was an epic fail and the designers sent him packing.
