Tiffany & Co. To Create 'Great Gatsby' Bling

Diamonds are a girl's best friend, and it looks like Carey Mulligan's new bestie's name is Tiffany!

Tiffany & Co. recently announced that it inked a deal with Warner Bros. to provide the jewelry for Baz Luhrmann's hotly anticipated 3D take on The Great Gatsby, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan.

In addition to the bling, WWD reports that the famous jeweler will supply china, sterling flatware and other home accessories to bring to life Jay Gatsby's luxurious Long Island estate.

"The Tiffany & Co. archives have proven to be an invaluable resource in looking back at this Golden Era of affluence and fine jewelry," says the film's costume designer Catherine Martin. "We have both created and recreated pieces that we hope will do justice to this extraordinary novel."

One can only imagine how great Mulligan will look in all that bling and pearls she'll need to play the shallow, but unquestionably fab, Long Island socialite Daisy Buchanan.

If her marvelous mane in Drive was any indication, get ready to swoon!
