Inside the Janet Jackson Concert!
Three amazing things happened last night. First, my 10 year old self got the chance to completely freak out and fangirl over seeing the original choreography from most of Janet Jackson's music videos. Second, Janet wore combat boots on stage making it clear to me that she reads my blogs, wants to be my best friend and got the idea from Christina Perri + I. Third, I got to watch Janet perform.

Two bad things happened at the concert. The security guy yelled at me and made me put my camera away. Bummer. Then, someone let Janet Jackson wear a rhinestone choker on stage. The only choker that should be allowed to be worn on stage at a Janet show is the bone one she wore in the That's the Way Love Goes video. Rhinestone chokers are never OK. Unless you are going to a theme party, and the theme is your 1996 prom.
There were 5 hundred million good things that happened at the concert. Janet was flawless, warm and danced her butt off. I've been to the Greek theatre many times but I have never seen a crowd stand on their feet and dance from the top of show to the encore. During her encore she sang Together Again while photos of her and Michael were shown on the giant screens. Very touching. It was a magical night captured in video just for you.
Rock on.
