Martina McBride All for Breast Cancer Awareness
Martina McBride's Eleven is already out there for fans to enjoy, but what many might not know is that the country singer used her new album to help a greater cause: breast cancer awareness.
The singer embarked on a 11 city tour in conjunction with the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Amtrak all in the name of breast cancer awareness, meeting survivors at each stop and donating money in the process. While McBride herself has never ridden a train prior to her mini tour, she decided that change is good, and not just in regards to transportation.
"This album was really inspired by a lot of changes in my life," McBride told The Insider's Brooke Anderson. "I think sometimes you just need to shake things up a little bit and get some new energy around you."
