Newlywed John Krasinski stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to promote his new film 'Something Borrowed,' and ended up letting loose about how quickly he fell in love, and ultimately proposed to his wife, actress Emily Blunt.
John admits to Ellen that the romance caught him by surprise, saying "It's one of those things where as soon as you meet someone you kind of know," explaining that he "wasn't really looking for a relationship and I was thinking I'm going to take my time in LA and everything. Then I met her and I was so nervous. I was like, oh god I think I'm going to fall in love with her. As I shook her hand I went, 'I like you.'"
When it came time to propose, John says he had to do it "real fast" before she could realize she could "have anybody" she wanted, adding that his method of proposing was to slip the ring on her finger without explanation. Of course, she said "yes."
Watch the video for a preview of John's interview with Ellen set to air Wednesday, May 4th on NBC.
Back on May 4, 1998, singer Isaac Hayes was busy recording the voiceover tracks for his character Chef on the hit animated show "South Park."
Hayes' character Chef would become an iconic character on the show who was known for being the voice of reason in town, but also the one who would consistently go off on a sexual tangent in his conversations.
Hayes would be a part of the cast from 1997 until 2005 and even earned a nomination for a NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
Watch the video above to see one of Hayes' early voiceover recording sessions.

Ginnifer Goodwin may play the consummate good-girl in this weekend's 'Something Borrowed,' but this fashion forward lady is anything but shy with her style.
Let's rewind the clock on Ginnifer, and check out a few of her most defining red-carpet moments!
Hines Ward and Kym Johnson are still going strong on the dance floor, but the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver still has his doubts as to whether or not they will capture the coveted mirror ball.
With five couples left in the competition, Hines and Kym remain front-runners, but admit they "still have no idea what's gonna happen." Hines confesses that as a "guy who's never danced before," he is "shocked to still be here." Despite the uncertainty, they are "in it to win it."
Kendra Wilkinson and Louis Van Amstel were eliminated this week, and the two took the loss like champs. Although she is sad to be packing up her dancing shoes, Kendra says she had an excellent experience and "couldn't have been around a better cast."
Partner Louis was at peace tonight with getting the boot because he believes that "everybody is so amazing this season," and leaving at this point in the competition "isn't the worst thing because everybody who is left now has a chance to win."
Watch the video to hear what the rest of the cast had to say about Kendra and Louis' elimination, and don't miss an all new "Dancing With the Stars" when it returns Monday night on ABC.
"Survivor: Redemption Island" threw the Murlonio tribe another curve ball and we have the clip.
"We got tree mail this morning and we got a box and on top of the box it said Sprint," said Ashley Underwood.
That box contained a cell phone that gave a mysterious message.
"Another got voted out, but are they out for sure?" the note started. Click the video to find out the entire message.
You can see the whole new episode of "Survivor: Redemption Island" when it airs Wednesday night on CBS.
Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson took two hops forward and one hop back in recent performances. The judges and voters said g'bye mate to the Playmate on Tuesday night.
In her farewell speech, Kendra said she lasted "seven weeks longer than I ever thought I would." She graciously took time to thank pro partner Louis Van Amstel, husband Hank Baskett, and son Hank Jr.
Kendra's excited to shake her cottontail back home in time for Mother's Day. "I'm not the best dancer, but I am the best mom," she boasted. Beaming with pride, Louis proclaimed, "We're finishing on a high."
With a narrowed field of competitors, "Dancing With the Stars" returns Monday night on ABC.
Check out these clips from some of Monday's late night musical performances!
• Ambrosia performed their song "How Much I Feel" as a web exclusive for Yacht Rock 2k11 on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."
• K.D. Lang and the Siss Boom Bang performed "Sugar Buzz" from her new album Sing it Loud on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
• Sibling duo Donny Osmond and Marie Osmond stopped by "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" stage to perform "The Good Life" from their new CD, Donny and Marie.
Prince Harry performed his best man duties admirably at brother Prince William's wedding of the century to Kate Middleton, and we're time warping back to when the boys were in the public eye following Princess Diana's tragic death.
Hoping to move on from the incredible tragedy, the boys made a public appeal to end what some would call "Diana mania" as Harry prepared to attend school at Eton.
From premieres to galas, the celebs made their way out and we have all of the fun footage in this edition of Paparazzi GPS.
Dressed in a designer black dress and feather hat, Demi Moore was spotted in New York heading to the star-studded MET gala.
Meanwhile, back in L.A. was Colin Farrell, who graciously signed autographs as he headed into the 'Thor' premiere after party.
And in a decidedly less fancy setting was Lindsay Lohan, who was snapped showing up for her orientation at the L.A. Women's Center.

Amid the fashion frenzy at The Met Costume Gala in New York City Monday night, possible presidential hopeful Donald Trump actually had something positive to say about Barack Obama's performance.
"I was very proud of the country; it was just a great thing that happened, and they did really a great job," Trump told our own Lara Spencer in reference to the killing of Osama bin Laden. "I think it's absolutely great that they got him and you can't treat him too harsh. I'm really happy about it. … He truly deserved it, and worse."
Asked if he's done with the "birther" third-degree questioning now that Obama has finally produced a long-form copy of his birth certificate, Trump beamed, "Well I hope so, I think it's great. … Well, I do take credit, but I'm focused on other things like the economy."
Shifting the conversation to wife Melania, Trump praised, "She's beautiful. She looks great and it's a great evening."
Stars showed up to Monday night's MET Costume Institute Gala in New York donning their most stunning and daring ensembles, but it was Beyonce who got the most attention -- and not for her eye-catching Pucci gown.
Arriving to the star-studded event with her music mogul hubby Jay-Z, the singer walked the red carpet but then received boos from the paparazzi after she supposedly didn't stop long enough to please the camera crews.

On this day seven years ago, 'Van Helsing' made its premiere in Hollywood, CA.
Starring Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale, the film paid homage to Universal Studios' horror monster films from the '30s and '40s as well as got its inspiration from Bram Stoker's popular Dracula novel.
Coming off his portrayal of Wolverine in the X-Men films and his foray into Broadway with Carousel, Hugh took on the title character in the film that grossed over $300 million worldwide. He even claims that he prepared for his role in the play The Boy from Oz while filming the horror/action flick.
Check out from the 'Van Helsing' premiere and what Hugh's favorite horror film was in the video!
Our "Insider" correspondent Christina McLarty caught up with Hines Ward and Partner Kym Johnson in a moment of triumph after scoring their first "10." The "Dancing" couple started off crediting the night's high scores to their very close relationship, but ended up sharing just a little too much information.
It's a bit of an understatement when Kym says she and Hines "know each other pretty well." Hines says they've become so close, he "popped a pimple on [Kym's] nose" during practice. As if that wasn't enough, he adds that he has also "passed gas in [Kym's] face." Wonderful.
Mark Ballas also had a bit of an awkward moment during Monday's show when contestant Romeo got a little too up close and personal with Mark's mother Shirley Ballas. She popped by the show for a lesson, but ended up doing a bit of a "freak dance" with Romeo.
Watch the video to check out what Mark had to say about his mother dancing with Romeo, and don't miss an all new "Dancing with the Stars" Tuesday night on ABC.
Chris Hemsworth's wife Elsa Pataky was a part of cinematic history when her new movie 'Fast Five' gave Universal its highest grossing opening weekend ever for a single film, but this weekend 'Fast Five' will have to stand up against Hemsworth's 'Thor.'
At the 'Thor' Hollywood premiere on Monday night, Hemsworth told us that he made the time to congratulate his wife after the massive opening of 'Fast Five,' which pulled in over $83 million.
Perhaps some of that good fortune will rub off on Hemsworth for his big opening.
"I had a fantastic director and a great cast to support me through [the making of the film]," said Hemsworth. "It was a big collaborative effort and I had a lot of fun doing it."
'Thor' finds the arrogant Norse warrior (Hemsworth) forced to live among humans as punishment after reigniting an ancient war in his world. His true mettle is put to the test when a villainous foe sends dark forces from the realm of Asgard to invade Earth.
"I'm still reeling," said Kat Dennings, who admitted to being a "huge fan of comics" when she was younger. "I've only seen it once and I'm really excited to see it again because I cried."
'Thor' is set to clobber theaters May 6. Click the video to find out what Sir Anthony Hopkins said "makes all the difference" in Hemsworth's acting career.
The Super Bowl of fashion? According to "The Insider" host Lara Spencer, quite possibly so.
A who's who of celebrities and fashion designers were out in full force Monday night at the annual Met Costume Gala in NYC. Everyone from Gisele Bundchen to the currently controversial Donald Trump were in attendance at the plush affair that seems to have everyone dressed to kill.
This year's gala focused on a new exhibit dedicated to designer Alexander McQueen (dubbed Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty) and his extraordinary contributions to the fashion industry, and many attendees respectfully paid homage to the late fashion icon.
"I have many great memories and I know he would be happy," supermodel Naomi Campbell gushed on the red carpet, wearing one of his vintage dresses. "To me, this day is a celebration of him."

Casey Abrams couldn't be saved twice. Five weeks after the "American Idol" judges opted to keep Casey in the competition he was finally eliminated this past Thursday. Speaking with ET Casey told us, "I was probably about 20% shocked that it happened, maybe even less," says Abrams. "I felt like I could go right now, it's fine. I met my goals. I kissed Jennifer Lopez. So it's not a bad time to go."
And what about rumors of a relationship with "Idol" contestant Haley Reinhart, who he sang a duet with of Carole King's 'I Feel the Earth Move'? "We are a musical item. That's what we are. It's nothing more than that," though he says she is the one he will miss most. "I got along with her the most. I hung out with her the most. We laughed at the same stupid things...It's the little things like that."
With Casey gone, "American Idol" is down to five. Tune in to FOX Wednesday and Thursday nights to see who makes it through. And though he will be missed, do not fret "Idol" fans for Casey will be joining the other top 'Idols' on tour this summer.
As the world reacts to the killing of terror suspect Osama Bin Laden, TheInsider.com takes a look back at what Charlie Sheen, Queen Latifah and others were saying in the immediate aftermath of the horrific attacks of September 11, 2001.
Sheen explained how difficult it was for the cast and crew of his then-show "Spin City" to go back to work and attempt comedy in the aftermath of 9/11. The actor also said the nation needed to heal and expressed hope that eventually justice would prevail. "I guess all we can do is pray and hope that as the military goes back to work, that some justice will prevail -- on some level."
Queen Latifah wondered how the attack happened and said America needed to find new ways to deal with terrorists. "I'm trying to understand why this wasn't prevented. Did we get lazy? Did we get complacent? Do we have a big head about who we are as Americans, that we kind of thought no one would have the guts to do this to us? If people want something bad enough, they're going to do what they have to do. And I just feel like we have to do what we have to do right now. We're Americans, bottom line, we've go to protect America."
Watch the video to also hear actress Kathleen Turner explain why she quickly mobilized after the attacks to provide and distribute food to a variety of workers near New York's Ground Zero.

Chris Hemsworth brings the mighty Marvel Comics character 'Thor' to the big screen this Friday, and the Aussie star reveals the best part about getting to play a superhero.
"Getting to wear a cape and a big, beautiful costume is fun," Chris tells Christina McLarty of "The Insider," adding that his intense workout for the role included "buckets of protein."
Anthony Hopkins plays Thor's father, Odin, in the action fantasy, and the Oscar-winning actor jokes that he worked as Chris' personal trainer. As for working with his young co-star, Hopkins offers, "The great thing about Chris, apart from his talent and he looks terrific, I think he's a great, powerful star/actor."
'Thor,' in theaters and IMAX this Friday in 3D, finds the Norse God of Thunder cast out of the realm of Asgard to Earth for his arrogance. Chelsea Kane has gone from unassuming Disney star to competitive powerhouse during this season of "Dancing with the Stars" as she revealed in an interview during her rehearsal for this week's paso doble.
"Now that you can kind of see the light at the end of the tunnel, I want to go all the way," said Chelsea. "So hopefully we do."
Chelsea revealed the sacrifices she's had to make for the sake of the mirror ball trophy, saying, "My social life has definitely taken a backseat to the show... We did the math the other day that we've been rehearsing for, like, over 50 straight days. So you're starting to get to that point where your body's a little tired."
That wear and tear showed during Chelsea and Mark Ballas' first team rehearsal with last week.
"Tuesday night we were all pretty exhausted from the live show and I literally spent most of [the rehearsal] just trying to stop everybody from fighting," said Chelsea, who was named troupe leader. "We have a great team and an awesome song, so I'm excited."
Chelsie Hightower, Romeo, Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff make up Chelsea and Mark's squad, which will dance to a song by Lady Gaga.
Watch "Dancing with the Stars" Monday on ABC.
The stars came out in full force for a good cause Friday, April 29, 2011 to attend the 18th Annual Race to Erase MS event co-chaired by Nancy Davis and Tommy Hilfiger.
Paris Hilton, who is a regular attendee to the annual event, has a personal stake in the cause because she "lost a grandmother to the disease years ago." As a result, finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis became "something that's very close to [her] heart."
ET's Samantha Harris was also in attendance, marking the second time she has participated citing "friends and family who are afflicted" as the reason she finds herself involved with the cause. Samantha, Raven Symone, and "DWTS" pro Cheryl Burke are just a few of the many celebrities participating in this year's celebrity fashion show, which will offer a sneak preview of Tommy Hilfiger's new "Andrew Charles" clothing line.
One of the notable items up for auction this year is a custom, Kate Middleton inspired wedding gown designed exclusively by A.B.S. Designer Allen Schwartz.
The annual Race to Erase MS gala event raises funds for research to find the cause and ultimate cure for Multiple Sclerosis. It is the hope of the Foundation that in addition to combating MS through research in a clinical environment, awareness will be created by educating the public about this mysterious disease.
