Dancing with the Stars contestant Ricki Lake proved her dedication to the show and her partner Derek Hough during Monday night's Halloween episode, dancing through her injury.

Ricki and Derek willed their way to the top spot again with 27 points as Ricki found the strength to carry on despite an inflamed nerve causing sharp pain in her chest.

"This is a severe condition," said Dr. Bradley Frederick. "It needs time to heal and it needs rest … It will get worse and most athletes, we would take them out of the activity for at least a week or two. Since we can't do that with you, we're gonna just try and bandage you up and keep you going through the next three weeks."

Rob Kardashian and J.R. Martinez were neck-in-neck for second place, each procuring 25s from the judges while David Arquette and Hope Solo tied for third with 24s.

Nancy Grace's jive landed her in last with a 21.
