Starting out as an unlikely pair to make it to the semi-finals, Cheryl and Rob have proven themselves to be true underdogs. So what's Rob's secret to performing at his best? He ignores his nerves.
"From day one I told myself I wouldn't ever freak out and get crazy nervous," he explained. "It's not even worth it. It's fun. It's a competition but it's also like you're going out there dancing in crazy, dumb-looking costumes."

With a daunting three dances to perform tonight, his plan is to get the routines down with "the same approach" he usually has, but this time he's striving for at least one, two-digit score.
"I definitely want to get a 10 this week," Rob said. "I want to strive for that and really have a solid performance like we've never had before."
