The trailer for the new season of Jersey Shore has arrived and it's clear that the gang's return from Italy to their home turf in Seaside Heights brings the usual prescription of boozing, bronzing and brawling.

The trailer will officially premiere on MTV tonight during an episode of Teen Mom 2, but it's already posted online at RyanSeacrest.com.

The preview reveals Vinny's decision to leave the house and hints that the show might choose a replacement roommate. The trailer also shows a vicious club brawl that leaves The Situation with a bloody face and showcases Snooki's drama over whether to hit Karma nightclub wearing underwear emblazoned in pink with the name of her ex, Jionni.

So in other words, no real surprises in Season 5!
