In one clip, Kim sits down at dinner with best friend, publicist and TV personality Jonathan Cheban, when she finds out through a friend of her mother's that he is planning to write the tell-all. After avoiding the subject, Kim eventually confronts her longtime friend and explains she feels betrayed by the news. Jonathan continues to dance around the subject until Kim storms out of the restaurant mid-meal.

In another clip, Scott Disick confronts Kris Humphries when he has a messy party in their New York apartment. Things get heated with the Kardashians' main men go at it.
