Who wore the pants in Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' 72-day marriage? The girly-girl probably had a different pair of trousers to wear for each day they were wed and as the episodes unfold, it's evident Kim had the upper hand.

Being the macho-man, NBA athlete that he is, Kris would not stand for this arrangement. Kourtney Kardashian sensed a "power struggle" in the couple's relationship from early on. Like a mischievous teenager whose parents go out of town for the night, Kris threw a party at their hotel suite while the gals and Mason briefly went to Los Angeles for a promotional appearance. The men were sternly told not to have guests over, but Kris didn't oblige.

Scott Disick came home to Klub Kardashian and told Kris to send everyone home, even threatening to call security. He said, "If you wanna wake up in Lake Minnetonka tomorrow with nobody, be my guest. That’s where you’re going to end up." To avoid conflict, Kris asked Scott to pretend it never happened.

Upon arriving back in New York, Kourtney spotted vodka bottles and questioned the guys. Scott took all the blame because he knows he and Kourtney have the capacity to recover from arguments. Kim was later emailed photos of girls in her room and called Kris out on it. He confessed that Scott had nothing to do with, but was just following "man code." With a smirk on his face, thus with seemingly no ounce of sincerity, Kris told Kim, "I apologize."

He was not the only one begging for forgiveness in this installment. Kim sought atonement with publicist and BFF Jonathan Cheban after confronting him about a tell-all book he had allegedly written about her. Kris Jenner had been tipped off that he was in negotiations with a publisher. After tracking down an advanced copy of the prose, turns out it was a false alarm. The sugar-coated text sang praises of Kim and was a guide on how to become the next Hollywood "It Girl." To patch things up, Kim wrote a heartfelt foreward to the book in support of her friend's authoring endeavor.

The Kourtney and Scott plotline is always far from kosher. The usually submissive Scott worked up the chutzpah to challenge Kourtney on what religion to raise Mason. To prove his interest in getting back in touch with his Jewish roots, Scott consulted with a rabbi and attended a service at synagogue. He even made a valiant effort by hosting friends for a Shabbat dinner.

L'chaim! Guess we can look forward to a Kardashian series installment titled Mason's Bar Mitzvah in 11 years from now. He just turned two last week. E! did announce plans to have about four more spin-offs and Kendall's Sweet 16 special will be broadcast this Monday night. Kourtney and Kim Take NY airs Sunday nights on E!
