The 'BSG' Reunion You'll Never See
This March, Battlestar Galactica fans frakked all over themselves with the news that three of the show's stars (Jamie Bamber, Tricia Helfer and James Callis) would be reuniting with BSG's showrunner, Ron Moore, for a new sci-fi series called 17th Precinct.
The show took place in a world where magic readily existed and was used to commit -- and fight -- crime. It was described as Law & Order meets Harry Potter.
Sadly, NBC didn't pick up 17th Precinct, opting instead to go with dramas The Playboy Club (canceled), Prime Suspect (sadly canceled) and Grimm (buzz-less).
But thanks to the power of the internet, you can now see the intriguing pilot for the first time. There's so much potential brewing in this episode, I'm sad we'll never see 17th Precinct work its magic on primetime.
