The episode picks up right where the premiere left off (and not one month later with everyone fighting, leaving the viewers to wonder what's going on). Thank goodness! Hanna (played by Ashley Benson) hit "A" with a car, the liars chase "A" through the woods and now they have the hooded figure's cell phone, but all Hanna can say is "Kate is moving to Rosewood." Um, Hanna, I know Kate is the stepsister from hell, but you have A's phone! Spencer (played by Troian Bellisario) thinks of the brilliant idea to ask Caleb (played by Tyler Blackburn) to hack into the phone, Aria (played by Lucy Hale) is probably daydreaming about Ezra (played by Ian Harding) and Emily (Shay Mitchell) is concerned that she almost got killed -- again.

At least Spencer's mind is on the right track, but Hanna isn't very happy about being one of Spencer's "winged monkeys." It turns out that not only does Caleb have great hair -- he's got good phone-hacking skills too. He eventually recovers a picture of the creepy dolls that give specific instructions, which we've seen in previous episodes. It turns out that the picture from A's phone was taken in Spencer's lake house behind a backdrop of wallpaper that's apparently been there for two hundred years. Creepy.

In other news, Aria is putting her sneakiness to good use. She uses Hanna's phone to call Ezra after her parents have forbidden them to see each other. What are best friends for? Byron (played by Chad Lowe) makes a visit to Ezra's apartment and of course, his eyes are immediately drawn to Ezra's unmade bed. Well, no need to worry, Byron. That's Hanna and Caleb's job and thank goodness for their rendezvous because it gave Spencer the opportunity to say the best line ever -- "That was my Nana's couch."

Finally, let's get to the focus of the entire episode -- Lucas (played by Brendan Robinson). Is it me, or does Lucas get creepier with every episode? "A" must have specific qualifications when it comes to choosing helpers and I'm convinced that creepy is at the top of his/her list. Hanna did a great job of defending herself and smacking Lucas in the face with a paddle after he changed from sweet Lucas to creepy psycho Lucas. The only way it could've been better is if she'd been wearing a fashionable sparkly life jacket when she fell into the lake. However, it seems that Hanna swims perfectly fine in her regular attire because she swims to shore while Lucas is no where to be found. And then we have Noel and Mona, better known as Nona. They both show up soaking wet at the end of the episode when everyone is crowded around Hanna making sure she's okay. Obviously, it was a perfect time for them to "take a dip." Guys, please don't make yourselves more suspicious than you already are.

The tables have turned and the liars are taking control, but Hanna and the others can feel that "A" is near. Tune in next Monday at 8 p.m. to see what the girls have up their sleeves.
