Yet despite showcasing people who eat couch cushions, marry dolls, ingest ashes, live with rats, remove hair from other people's drains, live as adult babies, chew rocks and have sex with cars, they have managed to unearth increasingly odder obsessions in their fourth season.

This Sunday's episode introduces the world to Shannon and Lacey. One of whom is addicted to drinking gasoline while the other carries a doll head everywhere she goes -- and yes, that does include while having sex!
