The 'Galactica' Reunion You'll Never See

Set to Trent Reznor's thumping cover of The Immigrant Song -- used to raise pulses for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trailer -- the Blood & Chrome first-look delivers liberal doses of everything that fans have grown to love about Galactica, from the blue military uniforms and riveted gangplanks to the incredible visual effects, awe-inspiring dogfights and now a heavy dose of 1978-style Galactica Cylon Raiders. So say we all!

The two-hour SyFy pilot takes place in between the time frame of the short-lived, less-than-stellar Caprica and the critically acclaimed Battlestar Galactica, following young Viper pilot William Adama's (played by Luke Pasqualino) first days assigned to the Galactica during the first Cylon War.

No date for Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome's SyFy debut has been officially announced yet, so there's still time for those of you who have yet to see the 2004-2009 Galactica to catch up on one of the best shows on television. But beware – it can be extremely addictive.
