An Undercover Boss' Assembly Line 'Disaster'

Undercover Boss turns into a rerun of I Love Lucy when Harlan Kent, President and CEO of Yankee Candle, can't keep up on the factory assembly line.

"The speed and pace of all this stuff is really fast," admits Harlan, who couldn't box the candle jars fast enough. "This has been a little tricky for me."

Harlan isn't the only one concerned about the pile of jars growing at his station.

"You've got a disaster here," says Harlan's supervisor, inspecting the mess.
