Alex Heartman Wants Your Vote!

On March 31, Power Rangers Samurai star Alex Heartman will face off with Ty Burrell, Tim Allen and Jake Short for  Favorite TV Actor at The 2012 Kids Choice Award -- and the only thing more shocking to him than the company, is the nomination itself.

"I was completely blind-sided by the actual nomination," Alex tells TheInsider.com. "I had no idea I was up for it at all. I just got a call saying I was nominated for Favorite TV Actor. From there, it's been a difficult campaign trail [laughs]."

And while political campaigns get ugly quickly, don't expect any dirty dealings with this hot race. "I would never do anything to undermine them – It's such an honor to be up against those guys. I love Modern Family and grew up with Tim Allen as The Tool Man."

But that doesn't mean Alex is opposed to winning -- in fact, it would make his year! "I've just been getting out there -- doing interviews, Tweeting, normal things like that." To that end, I've exclusively got a pair of steamy new photos that Alex hopes will get all his fans to run to the voting "booth."
