In honor of National Pretzel Day, TheInsider.com has a pretzel-filled clip of the next episode of Undercover Boss, which stars Philly Pretzel Factory's co-founder and CEO Dan DiZio, who takes on the task of pretzel making.

DiZio, who admits in a later interview that he has made "millions" of pretzels in his lifetime, has to dull down his pretzel-making skills in order to maintain his cover as a new employee named "Michael."

When the undercover boss asks his co-worker if the pretzels he has made are good enough to head into the oven, he's told that his pretzels aren't very good and "have a few problems" with them.

Later on, DiZio is surprised when he discovers that employees have to put themselves and others at risk by hauling a cart down a flight of stairs in order to make a delivery.
