A 'Parks & Rec' Proposal?
Could a Pawnee proposal be in the cards for Parks and Recreation's finale?
All season long, fans have watched as Ben and Leslie fought against the odds to get her elected to city council -- and with every triumph further cementing their adorable relationship, I was curious if the May 10 finale would see Ben get down on one knee. So I cornered the cast backstage at Comedy Central's Second Annual Comedy Awards (airing May 6 at 9 p.m.) to find out if weddings were in season.
"I can't say, I can't even give you a hint with my eyes or I will be sued for some crazy betrayal or network corporate secrets," star Adam Scott told me, before teasing, "The finale is very exiting though. You get a lot of big answers and there are also some big questions."
But would one of those questions be "Will you marry me?" To find out, I turned to Amy Poehler who claims that regardless of a Ben/Leslie proposal the finale has at least one Bachelor-esque moment. "A man does hand me a rose and ask me to marry him," she said before cheekily adding, "but it's not Ben."

Engagements aside, it sounds like there is a lot to look forward to as Amy gushes, "I gotta tell you, these last two episodes are so exciting. Jam-packed and so thrilling. All of the characters together all the time, which is always our favorite and what makes me the most excited."
The thing that made me the most excited came from scene-stealer -- and Twitter diva -- Retta. "We have one more big drinking scene at the election," she reveals. And whether or not it will top Ron Swanson's drunken hat dance, Retta promises that Donna's drinking stays in check. "She keeps it together. She has to ... she's not going to mess up her car!"
Parks and Recreation airs Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. on NBC.
