Jose Mas, CEO of telecommunication and energy systems building company Mastec, may be the boss but when he goes undercover, his co-workers don't hold back from playing a prank on the "new guy."

When Mas and his (unbeknownst to them) employees head out to do some field work that includes plugging a transformer in to a power source, the employees seize the opportunity to scare him.

As the employee connects the transformer, he acts as though he has been electrocuted, which scares the you-know-what out of Mas, as he puts it.

"I felt like I was in a fraternity in college again getting hazed," Mas says later to the camera. "They got me good on that one. I'm going to have to figure out a way to get them back."
