D.U.I., a show that follows suspects as they endure the repercussions of driving under the influence, is back on TLC this month and TheInsider.com has a sneak peek at the upcoming premiere.

Recreational drug use carries over into the work space, as pizza delivery man Paul is driving under the influence of marijuana, which he smoked right before he went to work.

When he gets pulled over for speeding, Paul doesn't deny that he is a drug user (which would have been difficult considering a sticker that reads "Drugs lead nowhere but it's the scenic route" is pasted on his bumper) and admits to the officer that he has smoked marijuana earlier in the day.

His admission proves to not be a very smart one, as the officer then asks him to step out of the car for further interrogation. Paul argues that he smokes for "stress and stuff" and that he is normally just as slow as he is now as when he's not high.

Things don't get much better for the pizza delivery man (or his waiting customer), as he also has unconcealed drug paraphernalia in his car as well as an airsoft gun that the officer examines to check if it's a real gun.

While he admits to smoking marijuana in the beginning, his admissions soon come to a halt and he begins to put the blame on his friends. He can't blame it all on his friends, though, as the officer finds a pipe in his pocket. After a few expletives, Paul says, "I'm sorry. I thought it was my phone. It's not mine, honestly."
