With The Real Housewives of New York City's major cast change for Season 5, LuAnn de Lesepps, or as she is known on the show, "Countess LuAnn," gets to start fresh with an almost entirely new group of fellow housewives. However, LuAnn is still accompanied by Ramona, who has been with her since Season 1, and the drama between them is as heated as ever this season.

In an exclusive interview with IN THE MIXX host Gina Giordan at the 2nd Annual Dans Hamptons Taste of Two Forks event in Bridgehampton, New York, LuAnn spoke about the drama between her and Ramona.

"Let's just say we don't always see eye-to-eye," The Countess said. "This season, I had my issues with her, which I put out on the table and I tell her exactly what's going on with me...I'm very clear...I really confront people when I have an issue with them...and that works really well for Ramona because she just says whatever comes to her mind."

Although she and Ramona don't always get along on Housewives, LuAnn maintains that they have an amicable relationship outside of the show. She said that she wouldn't hesitate to talk to Ramona if she saw her at a social gathering.

"We work together so we keep it friendly," the 47-year-old housewife said. "There's always drama on the show, but outside of the show, we're friends." She corrected, "We're friendly. I wouldn't say we're the best of friends. That's for sure."

In addition to drama with Ramona, LuAnn teased drama with new housewife Princess Carole Radziwill, who recently joined the show for the fifth season.

"There's always going to be some drama and now they brought the Princess on the show so there [is] going to be a little Countess-Princess duel," she said.
