The pre-Modern Family family is in the development stages of a comeback, thanks in part to actor-comedian Vince Vaughn.
According to Deadline, Vince is co-developing and executive producing a continuation of The Brady Bunch as a multi-camera sitcom for CBS.

The new story will reportedly pick up with the youngest Brady sibling, Bobby, as a divorced man with children who gets remarried to a woman who also has kids. The family dynamic becomes more complicated, as the couple shares a child together and still remains in contact with their exes.
Deadline reports that if the return is successful, a slightly updated version of the original Brady Bunch theme song will be used for the show, similar to the way CBS handled the new Hawaii Five-0.
