The photo is a relief for fans who were temporarily terrified the show's upcoming fourth season would be indefinitely delayed after the adult cast filed a lawsuit against the studio that produces Modern, demanding a pay increase. That case was settled on July 27 and the new season of Modern Family will debut September 26 on ABC!
