Troian Bellisario rose to prominence on ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars, but her latest role is miles apart from Spencer Hastings as Troian plays Lauren, a soldier accusing her comrades of rape in the latest WIGS series on YouTube.

Co-starring Jennifer Beals, Lauren is a powerful 3-part series that explores sexual assault in the military. "I had the great fortune of working with Jennifer, who has been doing a lot of research on this subject matter and cracked open a whole world for me," Troian said. "Whatever spare time I had, I was reading stories and testimonies and what it's like over there, what somebody's days are like and understanding the ranks of the military as fast as I possibly could so that I could show up and be my best to be Lauren."

And her best is more than good enough as Troian's performance promises that we'll be hearing from her years after the final "A" has been unmasked.
