It's no secret that I've been a long-time Dair 'shipper (that means I love Dan and Blair as a couple, for the uninitiated) and was infuriated by the season finale that basically tossed their divine relationship out the window, in favor of forcing Blair back with Chuck.

And don't even get me started on the rage I felt back in May when GG EP Stephanie Savage told me, "Blair loves Chuck." A sentiment underscored by the fact that Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester had not been spotted filming a single street scene together this season ... until now!

Yes, the glorious Dair reunion took place outside Vosges Haut-Chocolat on Madison Avenue, where Blair was seen spying on Dan through the window before a tense reunion took place. And by tense, I mean there was shouting, emphatic "what do you want from me" gesturing on Dan's part and exasperated eye rolling.

Yes, sadly, it looks like Dair is dead ... but the only way to know for sure is to tune in for the final season of Gossip Girl, when it premieres October 8 on The CW.
