With behind-the-scenes shots and scenes of Hannah (Dunham), Marnie (Allison Williams), Adam (Adam Driver), Jessa (Jemima Kirke) and Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) splattered throughout the teaser, no words are needed to get fans excited for the season premiere in Jan. 2012.

The girls were recently featured in a stunning photo shoot for Vogue UK magazine. Dunham, 26, defended her 20-something characters on the show, telling the fashion mag, "We're 25. It's going to get messy. You can't hold someone accountable for what they do at that age unless it's truly sadistic."

She adds, "Besides, twentysomethings are kind of like puppies. They fall down the stairs and then bound back up."
