In the episode, titled How a Bill Becomes a Law, fans will meet Diane (played by Xena's Lucy Lawless), a single mother and potential new love interest for Ron. The two meet when Pawnee's manliest man takes government inefficiency into his own hands and mends a problematic pothole outside Diane's house.
