Dancing with the Stars contestant Melissa Rycroft has been rehearsing all week to perform one of her least favorite dances - the jive -- and TheInsider.com was on hand for one of her practice sessions with pro partner Tony Dovolani.

"The posture of the jive is completely awkward -- to me especially," explains Rycroft, who finished along with Dovolani in third place during season eight of Dancing with the Stars. The former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader said the dance gives her difficulty because she is "the queen of standing up straight," the exact opposite posture required for jive, which she says "looks like you're hatching an egg, basically."

Rycroft -- who initially got engaged to Jason Mesnick on The Bachelor before ending the relationship when he divulged he had feelings for another contestant -- also spoke about her home life and busy schedule after she and husband Tye Strickland welcomed a daughter 19 months ago. "Every mom who starts working again, just has to figure out what works best for the family and what is going to keep everybody sane, especially the child."

Watch the video to see Melissa and Tony jive it up in rehearsal for tonight's episode of Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars at 8 p.m. on ABC.
